Kunming Linfan Industrial and Trade Co., Ltd. was registered on June 24, 2019. The factory is located in Haikou Town, Xishan District, Kunming City, covering an area of 7,333.7 square meters. This project has a total investment of 20.1 million yuan, with the production area measuring 276 square meters and the warehouse area for raw materials and finished products measuring 1,534.8 square meters. The laboratory area is 134 square meters, and the annual production capacity is 50,000 tons of granular feed-grade dicalcium phosphate. This project represents an upgrade of dicalcium phosphate products, primarily aimed at increasing the added value of the products without increasing the production capacity of dicalcium phosphate; the only change is in the form, transitioning from powder to granular. The finished dicalcium phosphate is mainly purchased from nearby factories and transported to the our factory by flatbed trucks (tank truck), loaded into the raw material warehouse, and then conveyed to the granulator via a screw conveyor. Through roller extrusion, it is formed into sheets, crushed, and screened to obtain granular dicalcium phosphate. After inspection, the product is packaged for shipment. The entire process doesn’t generate waste gas, wastewater, or solid waste.
